Meet Shelomo Solson


Shelomo Solson is the Founder of Teenage Impact. His mission is to inspire teens to overcome adversity in life so they can make a real impact and lead fulfilling lives. Shelomo wasn’t always positive himself. He was personally bullied from his early days in elementary school all the way through college. This was not only detrimental to his own confidence and self-esteem, but it also had a negative effect on his happiness as well. He also had four of his best friends get killed in a car accident, which further fueled his battles with chronic anxiety. But despite all of his hardships, Shelomo wanted to change. 

Shelomo made it his goal to become more confident and resilient in his life. Between the age of 17 and 28, he held over fifteen leadership positions. These included, but were not limited to, the Florida Regional Director for his fraternity overseeing seven schools, the Chief Executive Officer of the fraternity’s first national alumni association, University of South Florida’s College of Business Senator, Director of Corporate Relations for the International Business Board, President of his Toastmasters group, and he also held executive roles for the startup he worked for after college. Shelomo has been trained and certified by prestigious speakers and organizations including Dale Carnegie Sales Certification (where he also became a Sales Presentation Champion), the Brian Tracy Speaker Academy, Joe Yazbeck’s training certification, and also through John Maxwell’s team.

Shelomo interviewed 51 people from 7 different countries for his own podcast, which is now listened to by people in over 25 countries worldwide. These people are making a difference in their own respective fields regarding the types of struggles they went through, and also share how they overcame them. Shelomo wants to help as many people as possible because he knows what it’s like to feel alone. He’s very passionate about helping others and spreading his own mission and message.
